Lexington Partners is the world’s largest independent manager of secondary acquisition and co-investment funds. Since 1990, principals of Lexington Partners have organised 18 secondary funds and 8 co-investment pools with more than $28 billion in committed capital.

Their investors include more than 250 leading corporate and public pension funds, sovereign investment authorities, insurance companies, financial institutions, endowments, foundations and family offices from more than 30 countries.

Principals of Lexington Partners pioneered the development of the institutional secondary market for private equity interests more than 20 years ago and also created one of the first independent, discretionary co-investment programs over 15 years ago.

• Acquired over 2,000 secondary interests through more than 350 secondary transactions with a total value in excess of $27 billion, including $10 billion of transactions syndicated to co-investors and limited partners.
• Invested $2.9 billion in over 160 co-investments alongside 90 leading private equity sponsors.
• Committed $1.4 billion to over 250 newly-formed private equity funds.
